Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore (Work from Office) 

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Flutter Developer with 3 to 5 years of experience, ideally with prior exposure in the healthcare domain. This role calls for a technologically adept individual who pairs their Flutter expertise with outstanding analytical and logical reasoning skills. Your capacity to develop innovative solutions will be instrumental in enhancing our healthcare applications and delivering unparalleled user experiences. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Design and implement advanced applications for the Flutter platform, with a particular focus on healthcare solutions. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to crystallize design, definition, and rollout of new application features. 
• Ensure optimal performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. 
• Pinpoint and rectify bottlenecks, address bugs, and bolster application performance. 
• Regularly explore and integrate new technologies to optimize development efficiency. 
• Convert designs and wireframes into high-quality, scalable, maintainable code. 
• Engage with the product team to grasp end-user requirements and employ case scenarios, particularly within the healthcare context. 

Qualifications: 

• B.Tech/M.Tech or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject. 
• 3-5 years of substantial experience working with Flutter and Dart. 
• Must have delivered scalable apps in past
• Demonstrated experience with code versioning tools, like Git. 
• Knowledge of CI/CD protocols. 
• Experience of app development in Kotlin or/and iOS is a plus.
• Familiarity with healthcare domain applications and standards is a distinct advantage. 
• Exceptional analytical and logical reasoning capabilities. 
• Resolute problem-solver with meticulous attention to detail. 
• Effective communication skills complemented by an ability to work harmoniously within a team setting.
